Body-Mind Psychotherapy:  Embodiment, Presence, and Compassion
Body-Mind Psychotherapy is an approach to psychotherapy that cultivates the helping professional's own embodiment to create a relational presence.
Understanding the body allows us to tap into the foundations of compassion and human development. This leads to simple, but powerful tools for human interaction that address bonding, trauma, and development in an effective, respectful manner. This workshop combines lecture, discussion, and experiential exercises in embodiment and interaction. Open to all helping professionals.
