A Workshop for Helping Professionals
Understanding and experiencing our body-mind allows us to tap into the foundations of compassion and presence. Deepening our connection with self through embodiment practice, we increase our capacity to empathize profoundly with another. Learning and growth among our clients and students is enhanced by our deep understanding of their psycho-physical processes.
